Westminster Abbey
 Relic of the PastSituated in Westminster, London, the Collegiate Church of St. Peter has become widely popular over the years by the name of Westminster Abbey. Standing tall towards the western side of the Palace of Westminster, this Gothic style church has been declared as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. It has a rich history, dating back to 1045 A.D., when foundations of this stone abbey was laid and later on consecrated in 1065. Usually this Royal Peculiar has been used as traditional site for the coronation and burials, having over 3,000 burials in the Cloisters and Church itself. Over a million individuals arrive annually to visit this 700 year old building, consisting over 600 memorials and monuments during their tour of London.
