Since 1837, Buckingham Palace serves the Britain's sovereigns as their official residence in London. Today, it is the Monarch's administrative headquarters. Although the Palace is used for most receptions and official events of The Queen, visitors have an access to the State Rooms of the palace every year.The 24-meter high Palace has 775 rooms, which include 52 Royal guestrooms, 19 State rooms, 92 offices, 78 bathrooms and 188 bedrooms for the staff.

The Buckingham Palace is also the working building and centre piece of the constitutional monarchy of Britain. It homes the offices for people supporting day-to-day duties and activities of The Duke of Edinburgh and The Queen along with the immediate family of these monarchs.
